Skills and Experience

At Least 3 years relevant retail experience in an allocation / junior merchandise role within the fashion industry
Strong Computer literacy (Advanced Excel) and an ability to adapt to new systems and tools
Strong verbal communication skills
Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
Proven ability to multi-task and time manage
Effective planning and organisational skills
Ability to work under pressure, working to tight deadlines
Strong problem-solving skills
A high attention to detail and accuracy
Understands the customer and responds effectively to their needs
