Reporting to the Mechanical Foreman, the successful incumbent will provide a service to ensure that allocated plant and equipment are maintained to the required standard in order to achieve the required availability.
Key performance areas include:
• Maintenance of allocated plant and equipment is maintained to the required standard; with the required availability;
• Breakdowns and repairs as required;
• Adherence to safety and housekeeping standards.
• Supervision of allocated Assistants and Apprentice Learners;

The ideal candidate must have the following:
• Recognized Fitting Trade Certificate;
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar environment;
• Experience in pneumatics and / or experience in Packing Plant would be a distinct advantage.
