4. Assume ultimate responsibility for Service Excellence within the division, and between the business and all its stakeholders.
5. Positively contribute to the leadership, direction and focus of the division
6. Develop and implement strategies to improve quality of service and team productivity
7. Establish and maintain healthy business relationships with all stakeholders
8. Achieve overall process efficiency and effective management of information systems
9. Achieve customer retention and loyalty

Key Areas of Responsibility:

Leadership
Strategy – support and execute the National Strategy
Staff/Customers – Provide leadership, direction and mentorship to every staff member, as well as the member base
Skills – identify leadership skills gaps and training needs
Profit management – contribute to ensuring divisional operating costs efficiency
Sales Management – be jointly accountable in driving the sales target/budget for each member for both new and organic business
Private Label Management – support growth and marketing strategy by driving awareness and execution of the brand
Organisational effectiveness – lead by example and drive the culture of commitment to excellence and all values
Brand management – contribute to building the brand presence across all trademarks
General Management – ensure self and team remain informed of competitor information, market trends and industry information
Relationship management – ensure all commitments made to internal and external stakeholders
Recognition – inspire exceptional performance across individuals and teams
Communication – lead an open and transparent environment
