DigiTV is a division of Digicommunications, a leading company which specializes in live streaming & video content for companies and schools. We enable schools to have their own TV Channel through our web-based platform.

As a Production team member, you are responsible for working in conjunction with the Producer in the development, design, execution of creative concepts & all activities relevant for the school’s own TV Channel. You will work within a school environment, collaborate & train learners who join the team.

Responsibilities:
- Assisting with the planning of live broadcasts and recordings - scheduling of activities according to the schools’ calendar.
- Assist with various phases of video pre-production, production & post-production, which includes & is not limited to the set-up of equipment, camerawork, editing and equipment maintenance.
- Assist with running the production of the live broadcasts during events and to craft creative videos post-events.

Requirements:
Our ideal candidate should have the following minimum requirements:
- Between the ages of 18-28 years old
- Experience with video and audio recording, as well as video & graphic editing software.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Healthy Interest in media & communication.
- Able to work without supervision.
- Matric Certificate or relevant formal qualification.
- Able to travel to school daily.
- Fluent in English & Afrikaans
- Available to work over weekends

Period: 12 Month Contract (Full-time, 3-month probation period), starting 1 February 2020.
