• Must have extensive retail back ground on receiving and processing of the delivery of perishable stock
• Ensure thorough stock control measures are put in place control
• Must have thorough knowledge of stock management control and safety
• 5 – 10 years’ experience in Retail and or Cash and carry environment
• 3- 5 years’ experience in Stock / Store Management and Receiving
• Work hours may vary due to the nature of receiving – Early starts and late evenings
