Banking Manager
Key Performance Areas:
? Research, develop and implement new projects that are aligned to the company’s overall strategy and SLA
? Work together with the SCM unit to identify potential training providers to carry out training as guided by the PFMA, National Treasury and all other prescripts that guides practices of procurement
? Manage the service providers and building strong business relationships to advance the company’s strategy
? Annual review of the Inclusive Banking Strategy, development and implementation of projects in support of the strategy;
? Provide input to the company’s strategy and DHET SLA
? Plan and monitor the Inclusive Banking’s annual discretionary grants funding budget and manage the department’s operational budget within the approved limits
? Manage the end-to-end implementation of Inclusive Banking led initiatives/projects within the approved budgets and Quality Management System for the department
? Manage and oversee the training and development of direct reports
? Establish and manage the necessary committees to help understand and identify training requirements within the sector
? Drive compliance within the Inclusive Banking Department as per the PFMA, SDLA, Grant regulations, the company’s policies, National Treasury Prescripts and practice notes and all other legislation/regulations that regulate the SETA environment
Minimum Requirements:
? Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management/Education / Learning & Development (L & D) or equivalent
? 2 years of L & D / Education experience
? 2 years project management experience
? 2 years managerial Experience
? 2 years budget management experience
