We have a wonderful opportunity for a Senior R&D Food Technologist – Alcoholic Beverages. Our client is a well-established international FMCG food and beverage ingredient manufacturing company based on the East Rand. This is a lovely opportunity to do grass-roots beverage production research and development. You should be well-organised, have strong communication skills, and a good sense of urgency with strong commitment to deadlines. The position also involves domestic and international travel as per business requirement, so you need to have a passport and a sense of adventure!

Experience Profile:
A minimum of 5 years’ post-internship working experience with beverage development, including alcoholic beverages
Project leadership experience
Customer presentation experience – able to compile presentations
Extremely computer literate – SAP literacy an advantage
Evaluation and sensory experience

Education Profile:
Diploma/Degree in Food Science/Technology

Salary is R750 000 CTC per annum negotiable on experience, great benefits and 13th cheque and incentives.
