Bid Coordination/ Administration

As a bid coordinator, you will be responsible for opening and capturing opportunities, request for Quotations/Proposals. Loading accounts and contacts onto a CRM system. You will be required to liaise directly with the sales team and management and assist where required. This role requires the highest levels of attention to detail and an ability to work under pressure and to meet demanding deadlines.

Major Role & Responsibilities:
• Loading accounts and contacts
• Opening opportunities
• Requesting Price estimates and proposals
• Analytical thinking and reviewing of the request.

Required experience:
3 - 6 years working experience in office administration focusing on Tender and Bid administration

Requirement:
BA Degre or Legal Degree of Formal Bid Administration experience
Bookkeeping experience a preference
Strong Mathematical Skills
Must be analytically incline
Required language: English
Systems experience MS office, Microsoft Dynamics CRM Exposure.
