Bookkeeper Gardens Cape Town

Our Client in Gardens Cape Town is looking for a Bookkeeper with 3 +years plus experience doing the books up to Trial Balance / Balance Sheet working on Pastel / SAGE / QuickBooks / Accpac / or Syspro.

Salary Very Neg to experience in general - Position only for June to start interviewing

Requirements.
General Bookkeeping Skills required Pastel / SAGE / ZERO/ Accpacc or Skype
Books to Trial Balance / Balance sheet
Minimum of 3 bookkeeping / accounting and or Payroll experience – Payroll packages like VIP Payroll, Zero or Pastel Payroll
Oversee Full Accounting functions
Good understanding of Basic Bookkeeping Principles
Full Payroll for 28 staff members
Knowledge and experience in Paste and Pastel Payroll Perms and wages.
Petty Cash Reconciliations
Controlling Debtors/Creditors
Submission of all documents on time – SARS
Accounting Administration Task
Annual VAT/Payroll reconciliations / Year end Journals

Knowledge and experience in Pastel Payroll.
Payroll - Monthly Salaries
Payroll Weekly / Hourly wages
Handling of all HR related queries/issues
Full SARS Submissions
Monthly SARS Related payments and issues – PAYE, SDL, UIF,
Yearly IRP5’s +
