EDUCATION:

- Minimum Matric with relevant tertiary qualification : Marketing Degree ( Bsc Marketing , Bcom Marketing ) or recognized qualification or Diploma

EXPERIENCE:

- 3 years minimum within FMCG/ Food franchising sector in Brand Manager role
-Understanding of South African media environment with knowledge in CRM & online marketing

SKILLS:

- Motivated by a high pace environment with multiple internal and external stakeholders
- Excellence in the area of Project Management
- Proactive, innovative thinker, ability to implement with excellence and accuracy
- Excellent interpersonal & presentation skills (must be comfortable with presenting to multiple audiences and to large audiences)


RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Insights knowledge : derived from local and international market trends, competitors, own brand performance on external platforms, platform
providers (eg. Delivery partners such as Mr. D and Uber Eats), online marketing as well as internal data (POSI, commissioned research, standard
research)
- Stakeholder Management – must be able to engage and manage relationships with various stakeholders internally and externally: strategic partners and cross functionally with – Franchisees, Procurement, Planning, Operations Teams
- Presentation and delivery against business cases from the relevant forums – overall this individual must be able to demonstrate a business case/s to various different audience and be able to convince them based on a plausible presentation to proceed with a strategic/ multiple strategic drivers for brand
- BTL and Digital end to end project management from concept to execution as well as stakeholder management is key for success in this role-
- ATL – assistance with delivering producing the direction and delivery of ATL media (material and supporting activity
- Ecommerce – the individual must be able to manage the organizations ecommerce platforms both own and 3rd Party specifically delivering against the menu & promotional strategies on these platforms from end to end
