Purpose: To support and define as well as optimize the business processes through effective design, collaboration, and utilization of systems functionality.

REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS:
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a Business Analysis or a related field.
• Experience in the global farming industry will be highly beneficial
• Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations
• The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions.
• Competency in Microsoft Office suite of applications, and other applicable software.
• A Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field or an MBA.
