The PRIMARY FOCUS of this position is to:
Build and develop strong relationships & partnerships with ALL internal group associated brands NATIONALLY and to secure NEW PARTNERSHIPS that fit within the range of the company's associated HEALTH FOOD brands.
SECURE new Retail Store locations and New Lease negotiations
FACILITATE better deals/terms for existing lease agreements
ESTABLISH a formula for success and operational efficiency in new stores
DESIGN and INNOVATE new design and layout for new stores with optimal footprint
FULFILL the role of RETAIL PRODUCT MANAGER / Key Account Manager at major retailers
Experience & Qualification:
At least 5 - 8 years related experience within the same / similar field
Formal Tertiary Qualification
Requirements:
Proven BUSINESS ACUMEN and analytical skills,
Highly proficient in communicating / influencing ideas & concepts
Successful in forming and maintaining exceptional relationships with ALL key players
Strong reasoning ability and high aptitude for PRE-EMPTING / ANTICIPATING problems & situations
High proficiency in a wide range of IT end user applications
INSIGHTFUL in operational requirements and ability to rationalise situations
Strong ORGANISATIONAL, PLANNING and CONTROLLING management abilities
MOTIVATED and DRIVEN personality
ADAPTABLE and innovative in leading ideas and trends
