Our client, a BEE Agency in Pretoria, is looking for a Business Development Manager to generate revenue growth and increased market penetration via their eSTUDY digital training platform.

The Ideal Candidate Should:

• Have a solid understanding of B-BBEE and all the individual elements
• Have previous experience in the same or similar role within the B-BBEE industry
• Have experience with providing BEE aligned and accredited training solutions to maximise BEE skills development points
• Possess a proven sales track record (by means of a commission/payslip)
• Be comfortable with cold calling and canvassing for new clients
• Be able to generate feasible leads through various means
• Possess the ability to upsell to existing clients and maintain clientele
• Have excellent communication skills (both verbal & written)
• Have a valid driver’s license & own reliable vehicle

Salary is between R30k & R45k depending on experience & qualifications
