RedCat Recruitment is seeking a suitably qualified and highly experienced BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST (MICRO FINANCING INDUSTRY) for a national company – position will cover the KwaZulu-Natal area (person should reside in the Durban area).

JOB DESCRIPTION / REQUIREMENTS
Grade 12.
Degree or Equivalent in Marketing / Business Development or Entrepreneurial Science.
Previous working experience in the micro financing / lending industries or similar.
Proven working experience in business development, sales or market penetration.
Proven track record in business development.
Experience in client support.
Understanding of business environments.
Technology proficiencies.
Knowledge of markets.
Researching and identifying new markets and clients.
Developing, enhancing, and implementing new business stream strategies with a view to penetrating new markets.
Meeting new clients and presenting new products within new business streams and markets.
Marketing the new products and services by way of suitable marketing and market penetration interventions.
Utilising available technologies and platforms to penetrate all the required markets effectively.
Undertaking all associated reporting, administrative and client data management functions of business development.
Providing a client focused feedback and after sales support function.
Facilitating and building long term relationships with new and existing clients.
