JOB DESCRIPTION / REQUIREMENTS
Degree or Equivalent in Marketing / Business Development or Entrepreneurial Science.
Previous working experience in the micro-financing / lending industries or similar.
Proven working experience in business development, sales, or market penetration.
Proven track record in business development.
Experience in client support.
Understanding of business environments.
Knowledge of markets.
Researching and identifying new markets and clients.
Developing, enhancing, and implementing new business stream strategies with a view to penetrating new markets.
Meeting new clients and presenting new products within new business streams and markets.
Marketing the new products and services by way of suitable marketing and market penetration interventions.
Utilizing available technologies and platforms to penetrate all the required markets effectively.
Undertaking all associated reporting, administrative, and client data management functions of business development.
Providing client-focused feedback and after-sales support function.
Facilitating and building long term relationships with new and existing clients.
