RESPONSIBILITIES

Annually assist the Sales Director and the Sales Managers to create product-based sales targets for the sales team for the following year. Quarterly adjustments as per Financial Forecast results
In collaboration with the Sales Director and Sales Managers maintain customer (territory) and product portfolio mapping by sales representative
Convert data received from Wholesalers monthly and send it to the Global SAP BI team to maintain the Wholesaler Cube
Update mapping for the WS and Sales Cube as and when necessary e.g. new customers, new products, attribute 3 changes.
Calculate sales team incentives Monthly/Quarterly/Annually
Continuous improvement of the various worksheets – Territory/Product/Rep/Region mapping tables
Provide the sales team with weekly updates – Sales vs Target YTD/MTD and 12-month unit sales trend.
Assist the Sales Director/Sales Managers with ad-hoc reporting requests, e.g. Cycle Meetings and Sales Conferences, Forecasting meetings.
Continuous improvement of various reports e.g. formats, content
Compile Waste Management reports for participating customers
Back up for Market Intelligence manager in budgeting, forecasting and MTS processes.
Report progress and any potential challenges to the Configuration Team Lead.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Matric
Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, or a related field.
Strong proficiency in BI tools such as Power BI, or similar platforms.
Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
Experience in preparing and analysing sales force data (CRM), and evaluating performance against targets.
Solid understanding of financial systems and reporting processes.
Ability to communicate complex data insights clearly and concisely.
Detail-oriented with a strong analytical mindset.
Collaborative team player with good interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with relevant databases and data extraction techniques.
