Good Business Analyst type person who is technically minded. As we work in Financial Services, with Software development we usually find that Industrial engineers fit this position well, as they are able to adapt easily to change but I’ve seen many a good BA have that abilities as well.

We looking for someone that can meet with clients, that can do requirement gathering, that can build
technical workflows, documentation and train people (this role requires a good -All Rounder)
Inside the company we work with all the divisions, ie Medical, Insurance, Lending, etc, so I need someone that
can deal with change, and be flexible. Someone who can analyse the client situation and make
recommendations on implementation.
Most of all someone that is confident but NOT arrogant and that I can trust to be punctual and
professional.
Travel all over Greater JHB and Pretoria, own reliable transport not negotiable! Limited travel to CPT.

REQUIREMENTS:
• BSC University or similar degree
• Own transport
• Experience in workflow design would be beneficial
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Desire and willingness to work in a collaborative, innovative, flexible and team-oriented

• Facilitate process evaluation workshops with stakeholders when implementing new, or when improving existing processes
• Ensuring that any new/updated processes are evaluated from a business perspective and that common business logic is considered in process design.
• Ensures Automated workflow processes are designed and effective integration with the Admin system is achieved
• Responsible for the design and implementation of major and minor workflow processes and components for clients
• Design, test and deliver workflow based, solutions. Enhancements and defect resolution will be required on an ongoing basis
• Provide onsite training and documentation in support of training.
• Flexibility, adaptability and the ability to learn quickly in various technical environments, while delivering quality work by tight deadlines, are key attributes of this individual
