Online retailer requires the expertise of an extremely organized individual with experience in procurement and stock management to join their well established and growing organisation.

Responsibilities:
Timeous procurement of a large range of products
Effective supplier liaison and management
Ensure optimal stock levels are maintained at all times mitigating over ordering
Stock checks on deliveries from drivers – ensure that pricing and quantities are correct
Ensure driver routes are optimally assigned based on daily orders scheduled for delivery
Reconciliation of supplier invoices
Ensure accuracy of invoices and payments to be made

Requirements:
Matric
Related tertiary qualification would be an advantage
2 + years relevant experience
Experience specific to the procurement of electronic accessories is preferred
Excellent communication, organisational and admin skills
Attention to detail is critical
Ability to work in a fast paced and pressurised environment
