We're seeking Call Centre Agents - Johannesburg (Gauteng) . To Sell a range of insurance, financial or other products to potential customers

Duties & Responsibilities
Making professional sales call to customers.
Knowing the product being sold.
Handling and overcoming objections from clients.
Following the sales script 100%.
Ensuring no risk or fraudulent sales are made.
Treating the customer fairly.
Understanding the call centre metrics and consistently achieving minimum metrics.
Capturing and recording sales call details 100% in the CRM system.
Can plan and deliver oral communications that make an impact on and persuade customers to buy.
Listens and understands the customer’s emotions and needs.
Delivers top class customer service.
Focusses on exceeding the minimum call centre metrics.
Ensures that one’s own work is complete and accurate.
Can function effectively when under stress.

Desired Experience & Qualification
Minimum Grade 12 / Matric Certificate
Proficient in relevant computer applications including CRM systems, Microsoft Word and Excel.
Good typing skills.
Prior call centre 6 - 12 Months in a similar role
Prior sales experience minimum -2 years preferably in banking or insurance.

Package & Remuneration
Salary : R6000 per month for intial 3 months, reduced to R5000 per month plus commission ( Up to R16 000 per month on target earnings potential)
