Responsibilities include:

Manage large amounts of outbound calls in a timely manner
Follow communication scripts when speaking to potential clients
Keep records of all conversations in the call centre database in a comprehensible way
Meet personal quantitative targets
Identify and overcome objections
Possess strong communication skills and the ability to negotiate very effectively
Persuade potential customers to accept a face to face appointment with our consultants
Strong telephone and verbal communication skills along with active listening skills
Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
Skilled in finding and researching for new leads via the internet & social media
Proficient Afrikaans speaker (non-negotiable) and English speaker
Gain an in depth understanding of the current performance and growth and priorities issues and identify and action potential course of action to reach more clients
Build relationships with established clients through proactive targeting and or in response to screened inquiries or third-party referrals
Cold calling of potential clients
Keep client information up to date on the database
Meet or exceed assigned sales goals and other Key Performance areas
Qualifying and converting leads to sales on a daily basis

Minimum Experience:

Exposure to a call centre environment
