Salary: R50 000 depending on experience and qualifications

This position is suited to a Male Candidate. AS per client requirements this position is also a AA/EE position.

Job Summary
Manage and maintain the operational efficiency and effectiveness of the overall operations and support functions of the medical division of the company

Required Qualifications
Matric
NQF 7 with Business Management
Minimum 5 years’ experience in a management capacity and experience in managing a team in excess of 50 people
Experience in the insurance sector/Financial Services industry/Life Assurance industry or in a medical/clinical environment
Experience in dynamic, high volume operations environment
Experience in work flow processes
Experience in design of performance management standards for own areas of responsibility
Experience in managing projects to completion
High level of Computer Literacy (MS Office)
