My client, a leader in Value Added Insurance Products, is expanding the senior management team.

In this role your expert level knowledge in managing managers, driving sales operations across multiple teams and sales campaigns and; your experience within the Insurance and Call Centre environments, will add tremendous value in supporting the Head of Sales to reach organisational objectives.

Based in Cresta, you will work in a dynamic environment that is on a steady growth curve, and be part of a large corporate that provides support for learning, encouragement for growth, and staff banking benefits.

To qualify you are:
- A South African born citizen
- Fully FAIS compliant
- Have a tertiary qualification in management or management practice
- You have a minimum of 2 years experience managing an outbound sales team selling insurance products; AND
- You have a minimum of 2 years experience managing 2-4 Sales Team Manager's in the same environment
- You have no ITC listings and no criminal or arrest record

This role is open to candidates of all races and genders, who meet the advertised criteria. Preference will be given to candidates who have been retrenched as a result of Covid impact.
