My client, a leader in Digital Banking, is looking for a Call Centre Team Leader.
In this role, you will report to the Call Centre Operations Manager, you will work in a shift environment, and you will ensure customers receive a consistently high-quality service by managing and developing all available resources (staff, systems, processes) and ensuring that a strong customer-oriented culture becomes entrenched in the Call Centre.
To qualify, you are a South African born citizen with a minimum qualification of matric and preferably an additional qualification in call centre operations or management or leadership.
You also have at least 2 years successful experience as a team leader managing a call centre team within a banking environment (telephone or internet banking).
As a permanent employee you will receive a fixed monthly salary with benefits, 13th cheque and regular additional incentives for performance.
