Trusted Interns is a social impact start-up that is fighting youth unemployment by connecting graduates, like yourself, with employers looking to hire the youth.

Our purpose is to make more entry-level career opportunities accessible to more youth, more often. Is it aligned with yours?

Since our launch in September 2018, We have grown to over 27 000 job seekers who are engaging with over 350 employers.

Even though this may be a good problem to have, you can understand why we need YOU ??

We are a proudly ‘for the interns, by the interns’ startup. Everyone in our team is an intern and we all wear a variety of hats. While everyone understands their basic roles, we help each other out where and whenever we can.

We are looking for somebody who believes they can add value to our candidate success team, but we also need somebody with basic graphic design experience. (See, variety of hats.)

We need you to be:
Hungry and curious to learn everything, even if it has nothing to do with what you studied
Tech-savvy and you want to know more
Comfortable with performing daily administrative tasks
Able to use Photoshop/Illustrator (you don’t need to be an expert)
A good written communicator as you’ll be doing some community management
A routine-reliant person
Willing to lean in and help where you can
Your main responsibilities will be:
Using your creativity to creating images for our social media and job posts
Leveraging your people skills to do Community Management via email and our online chat
Getting into ‘admin mode’ by while advertising jobs on a variety of platforms and jobs boards
Staying on top of daily metrics by Tracking and reporting on job applications
