Cape Town City Centre: ADMITTED ATTORNEY (FLEXI / CONTRACT / WORK FROM HOME)
Minimum Requirements:
-Female (All female firm)
-Fully bilingual with strong English proficiency
-Matric / Grade 12
-LLB Degree completed and admitted as an Attorney
-Minimum 1 year experience in Family Law matters
-Own reliable vehicle
-To start as soon as possible
-Flexible work hours due to branch being new and still growing / Can work predominately from home (ideal for a young mother)
-Willing to work on a contractual basis
Duties:
-General Litigation matters
-Family Law matters
-Client liaison (consultation, representing clients etc.)
-Court attendances
-Drafting and compiling of legal documentation
-General attorney duties
Salary: R 10 000.00 gross starting salary (subject to review after 3 months)
