Car Rental Term Agent – Western Cape, Airport

We are looking for an enthusiastic and responsible person for a large, well established Car Rental Company. You will be responsible for checking the vehicles upon return, ensuring that the paperwork is completed and putting the vehicle back into “stock”. You will also be responsible for client liaison and reporting. It is important that you have some Car Rental experience and are willing to work shifts. Attention to detail is ESSENTIAL.

Working hours are: Weekdays 8am-4pm and 10am-7pm (alternating week by week) and Weekends Sat and Sun 8-5 (every second weekend)

Job Requirements

Experience in a car rental environment
Excellent planning and administration skills
Good computer skills (Excel)
Contactable references
Valid Driver’s license
Stable work history
