Our client, one of the World’s leading airport transfer and car hire providers are currently looking for a currently looking Chief Financial Officer, based at their offices in Johannesburg.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• Professionally qualified ACA/ACCA/ACMA or MBA qualified
• Demonstrable expertise in managing and developing a team through mentoring, training, and communication
• Strong experience in high growth businesses, including exposure to acquisitions, private equity investment and potential financial exits
• Experience of working with outside shareholders and professional investors, banks, and lending institutions
• Experience in SAP
• International exposure - experience in FX management and hedging strategy in multi-currency environment
• Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills at board level and with external parties
• Experience of working in a B2B, B2C, international, multi-site environment
• Experience of the Travel/transportation industry would be an advantage
• Exceptionally IT literate (e.g. Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, accounting software platforms
