Applicants must meet the following requirements:
Must have a BSc or BEng degree in Civil Engineering
Must have a minimum of 15 – 20 years' experience in road design and construction/supervision
Must have 5 years of experience as team leader on road construction projects
Must be registered as a Professional engineer with ECSA or any internationally recognised body
Must have extensive supervision experience of rural road rehabilitation, upgrading and maintenance works
Must be familiar with engineering contract procedures and contract administration
Must have international experience in Design, Build and Maintain or OPRC contracts
Must have experience in Sub Saharan Africa
