QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
? Bachelor’s Degree in clinical Associate or bachelor’s degree in Clinical Medical Practice
? At least 1-year experience in Public Health setting
? At least 1-year experience in a surgical setting at Medical Male Circumcision facility

TECHNICAL AND BEHAVIOURAL COMPETENCIES
? Knowledge of Clinical setting
? Knowledge in Male Circumcision and circumcision surgical techniques
? Ability to take initiative.
? Ability to work under pressure.
? Leadership skills
? Problem solving skills

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS
? Maintain and respond to QA assessments.
? Implement Voluntary Male Circumcision Programme at facility level in accordance with Provincial and South African national guide.
? Ensure Comprehensive package of VMMC services available.
? Management of VMMC related adverse events.
? Participate in research projects relevant to the specific field.
? Liaise with the Outreach Officer and Social Mobilisers to ensure effective recruitment of clients.
? Keep abreast with developments in the field.
? Familiar with legislation, standards, policies, and procedures
