This senior role is intended for a creative, precise, and motivated individual with a strong background in cloud-native solutions and modern software tooling and processes.

Responsibilities
Work closely with product and platform teams to engineer and implement cloud security controls
Focus on security and reliability configuration implementations in Azure
Design and implement Azure/cloud-based DevSecOps concepts, processes and tools
Harden Azure implementation to meet CIS Benchmarks and other best practices
Implement Network Security Groups and other isolation methods to prevent lateral movement
Design and deploy patch automation and configuration compliance of Azure infrastructure
Design and deploy configuration automation services such as Puppet, Chef, and/or Terraform
Harden and secure microservices
Configure virtual infrastructure (i.e. virtual machines and networks) to specified guidelines
Configure robust federated Azure AD workflows to meet security and operations requirements

Required Qualifications
Ability to work in a modern software company using agile processes
Ability to work with multiple teams and to prioritize requirements
Excellence in problem solving and quantitative risk management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
2+ years of experience working with cloud solutions such as Azure
2+ years of experience in DevOps environments, maintaining secure CI/CD processes and SDLC processes
3+ years of experience with the development, deployment, and automation of secure solutions in an enterprise cloud-based environment
Have or ability to obtain Microsoft Certified: Azure Security Engineer Associate
