Responsibilities:
First point of contact and business evaluation
Source and be able to evaluate reliable manufacturers and business integrity from first discussion and site inspection
Negotiate terms of a contract with Co-Packers
Introduce relevant parties and perform training activities
Coordinate the centralized raw and packaging material purchasing for Co-Packers
Draw weekly reports on material and raw forecast and communicate to Co-Packers
Order and/or cancel raw material purchases
Analyze forecast and forecast deviation
Integrate supply chain with suppliers and Co-Packers
Coordinate the daily, weekly monthly functional/operational support for Co-Packers

Requirements:
Relevant degree
Must have a good understanding of all technical requirements of food products including quality, food safety, operational efficiencies, cost control, and finance
Good at building and maintaining sincere co-packer relationships
MS Excel (Advanced)
Travel off-site/overnight stay
Experience working with senior management
