COMMERCIAL & PROPOSALS MANAGER - Large scale, primarily Industrial construction projects, local, sub Saharan & international. Mining, minerals processing, refractories sector. All aspects of tender/proposals preparation, QS/costing, administration and financial control.

Prepare & compile industrial services tenders, cost planning and management of project from inception to commissioning/completion. Monitoring of all financial and contractual aspects of the projects to ensure optimal pricing and budget control. QS or similar exp essential. 5+yrs similar, senior level Project Finance & administration experience will be required plus good working knowledge of NEC, FIDIC & GCC contracts. Mechanical, industrial engineering or refractory experience will be an advantage. Good negotiating and problem solving skills essential. Ability to work under pressure and meet short deadlines will be required. Salary highly negotiable. Well established and reputable Industrial Services Co.
