SUMMARY

Our client with a Global Footprint based in Cape Town requires a Systems Specialist to come on board where you will support and maintain Open Mobile and SalesForce-based digital trade engagement solutions.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Executing user-facing activities, improvements including system support
Identifying gaps and opportunities in digitalizing and optimising processes and implementing necessary capabilities
Driving optimization of Open Mobile platform (B2B)
Maintaining various platforms and databases
Being involved with UX/UI serving various stakeholders to support project deliverables via digital engagement platforms
Reporting: Assist in automating and maintaining reporting on PowerBI dashboards

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s degrees and digital certifications, courses, and qualifications will be considered
A minimum 3+ years of experience working with digital systems or in a trade-facing retail environment is essential
Proficiency in Certified Developer with Lightning experience or similar is an advantage
Experience with CSS development and HTML coding is an advantage
Proficient navigation of digital tools and systems
Solid knowledge of data analysis and reporting techniques
