Company Secretarial Administrator with relevant degree and experience in an accounting/auditing firm, required to join Company Secretarial Department for an auditing firm in Cape Town.

Minimum requirements:
• Relevant 3 year Company Secretary Diploma, or similar qualification
• 4 years’ relevant experience in a company secretarial environment
• Experience within accounting/auditing industry
• Experience dealing directly with complex aspects such as group restructurings, MOI amendments, company registrations etc.
• Experience with electronic secretarial/statutory package and task management system advantageous

Responsibilities:
• Draft and register documentation relating to aspects of Company–, Close Corporation- , and Trust laws.
• Filing of annual returns
• Changes to directors, shareholders
• MOI’s
• New company registrations; Liaise with CIPC and Master of High Court regarding process
• Assisting with administrative duties such as preparing invoices and opening of client codes for new assignments
• Perform inhouse administrative functions as required
