Position: Construction Manager

Location: Port Elizabeth

Salary: Up to R25,000 Per Month + Company Vehicle

Requirements:

Grade 12
Qualification in Construction Management
Minimum 5 years’ post qualification building industry experience
Refrigeration industry experience will be an advantage
Staff management experience
Valid drivers’ license
Must be willing to work away from home and travel to sites
Responsibilities:

Manage project timeline
Update project program
Liaise with Engineers and Consultants
Update drawing office regarding changes
Ordering of bill of materials according to project timeline
Manage staff accommodation and attendance
Manage quality of installation
Manage safety files
Attend weekly project meetings
