Applicants must meet the following requirements:
Must have a BSc in Construction Management
Must be professionally registered with SACPCMP as PCPM
Must have 5-10 years’ experience as construction project manager
Must have an in-depth understanding of construction procedures and material and project management principles
Must have familiarity with quality and health and safety standards
Must be familiar with construction/ project management software
Must have outstanding communication and negotiation skills
Must have excellent organizational and time-management skills
Must be a team player with leadership abilities
Must have good knowledge of MS Office
