Your key job responsibilities as the Content Marketing Manager (Remote) will include:

- Work to build a team environment with strong morale, positive energy with goal-oriented culture
- Develop a content strategy that aligns with short and long term company goals
- Continually optimise and improve the performance of marketing campaigns produced by the content marketing team
- Compile and successfully execute marketing campaign schedules in collaboration with design and development teams
- Provide editorial, proofreading and creative support to the team members
- Manage day to day running of the content marketing team including performance and productivity metrics

Requirements for this Content Marketing Manager (Remote) job:

- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, English or related field
- 2+ years proven experience or in a similar role as Content Team Leader or Manager
- Outstanding English writing and communication skills
- Creativity and the ability to develop original content
- Familiarity with digital marketing metrics including Email, SMS, Push notifications
- Strong leadership qualities
- Excellent people management skills
