Job Level T1
PURPOSE:
• Support the development and driving of the continuous improvement agenda for factory performance from raw material silo to finished product delivery to warehouse.
• Promote a Continuous Improvement mind set in the factory teams
• Identify Do It Best initiatives to reduce manufacturing costs
• Drive daily data accuracy reporting from operators.

CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT deployment and Performance Analysis
• Drive Safety, Quality CI and Environment in collaboration with Q&FS and HSE service.
• Track and Analyze KPI to identify key improvement and increase RJH efficiency and capacity.
• Report results of these relevant KPI and build analysis recommendations linked to DIB program
New Products and Process Implementation
• Drive the implementation of new products, new process without any deviation from our standard and within the expected timeframe.

• Education & Professional Qualification-
• NQF6 or ND Chemical/Mechanical/Industrial or equivalent.
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Experience in Project Management.
• Min 3 years experience in any of the following departments (Quality, R&D, CI , LEAN)
