Job Specification:
? Working with the Manager and Directors to implement and achieve goals for the branch and firm.
? Develop and explore unique ways to grow the business with clients and establish a unique offering to all stakeholders.
? Support the implementation of existing and new services.
? Provide support and assistance to clients
Duties and Responsibilities:
? Taking of instructions (Transfer I Bonds I Correspondent Matters)
? Attending to all correspondence with clients
? Drafting of FICA documentation, sale agreements, agreements of loan, personal suretyships, acknowledgments of debt
? Preparation of Pro-forma invoices
? Obtaining Clearance Certificates
? Obtaining Transfer Duty receipts
? Drafting of deeds (transfers, bonds, servitudes)
? Appointment of correspondents
? Preparation of final statements of account
? Experience in FNB and ABSA bonds
Minimum Requirements:
? Minimum 3 years’ experience
