SUMMARY

An established organisation looking for a Corporate Actions Specialist to provide exposure to performing daily operational duties for Corporate Actions relating to equities, bonds, money market, proxy voting warrants and debt instruments.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Strategically analyze and execute corporate actions to optimize shareholder value.
Anticipate market trends and regulatory changes to inform strategic decision-making.
Champion a culture of accuracy, compliance, and operational excellence in corporate action processing.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of corporate events.
Extensive experience in corporate action processing within the financial industry.
In-depth understanding of market dynamics, regulatory requirements, and best practices.
