Responsibilities:
Collect trade debt
Confirm payment of all new and existing customer accounts
Control allocated accounts and ensure that all outstanding monies owed to the company is collected
Log and address customer queries
Maintain good customer relations
Request credit limits
Request increase/s of the credit limit
Liaise with customers
Follow up on overdue accounts

Requirements:
Grade 12 or relevant qualification
Business English: Fluent
MS Excel (Advanced)
Code 8 Motor Vehicle License
Must have experience in Wholesale and Mass cash accounts
