Creditors Administrator (6 month contract)

We are looking for an experienced Creditors Administrator for a Renowned Company in Port Elizabeth.

Requirements:
2-5 years’ experience as a Creditors Clerk
Omni accounting package experience is advantageous
Matric qualification is essential
Must be highly Computer Literate, Working knowledge in Excel and other Microsoft Products
We need someone that understands creditors and know their way around a recon and to sort the queries accurately and not take short cuts.

Candidate must be/have:
Fast learner, this is a very fast paced department.
Responsible, mature thinker
High levels of accuracy
Good communications skills
Adhere to strict deadlines
Proactive, organised and able to multitask and work well under pressure
Attention to detail
Professional in appearance

Duties:
General Creditors administrator duties
Other tasks will be included such as creating purchase orders for non-stock items.
As well as the loading once off payments on Standard bank for accountant to release.

Salary is R10 000 – R13000 per month (6 month contract)

Six month Fixed Term Contract
