Minimum requirements:
• Grade 12 (minimum)
• Computer literate (Advanced Excel)
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in Creditors position (Motor Industry advantageous)
• Good communication & organisational skills
• Strong interpersonal & relationship building ability
• Attention to detail

Duties and Responsibilities:
• General administrative duties
• Reconciliation of all creditors accounts
• Cash debtors
• Daily processing of invoices
• Load payments on online banking
• Professional handling of customer queries
• Assist with cost control duties
• Responsible for filing and ad hoc duties in order to maintain service delivery
