Our client is a leading logistics company in Brackenfell. They are looking to recruit a Creditors Clerk. The following is essential:
• Grade 12
• A related tertiary qualification (would be an advantage)
• 2 - 5 years experience in Creditors
Must be willing to work flexible hours which may include weekends.
Duties include:
Capturing of Supplier invoices on system
• Create Supplier accounts on system
• Check and reconcile Supplier statements
• Prepare and submit weekly/monthly payments due
• Prepare and forward remittance advice to suppliers
• Filling
• Completion of credit applications
• Sundry reconciliation
• Address Supplier queries.
