Your key job responsibilities as the CRM Manager in Johannesburg will include:

- Development of the marketing communication strategy for customers
- Development of a strategy for building loyalty of the target audience
- Maintaining the loyalty of existing player
- Audience segmentation
- Promotion of brand loyalty through marketing and advertising communication, organisation of special promotional events and promotions
- Creation and control of marketing materials content (promotions, emails, sms and other communication channels)
- Technical creation and control of various bonuses
- Planning and assignment of tasks related to the distribution of advertising materials, content and performance control
- Performance control of the promotional campaigns
- Analysis of the results and managing the improvements

Requirements for this CRM Manager job in Johannesburg:
