CSI Consultant (Motor Dealership) – Western Cape, Milnerton
R10 000 – R14 000 depending on experience

This is a great opportunity for a Service Advisor/Bookings Clerk or similar to switch things up a little bit. Our client is looking for a mature, responsible person with solid motor dealership experience to handle customer service in their sales department. You will be responsible for making follow up calls after vehicle purchases, addressing problems with various departments, producing monthly reports and ensuring optimum service excellence.

Job requirements

• Must have at least 2 years’ experience within a franchised motor dealership as Service Advisor/Bookings Clerk/CRM/Sales Executive
• An outstanding telephone manner
• Fluent in English and Afrikaans
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Contactable references
