Oversee effective screening and recruitment of staff for the Customer Services Centre (CSC)
Oversee the CSC onboarding program
Oversee CSC training
Oversee CSC coaching
Oversee CSC coordination
Act as second-in-charge to the CSC Manager
Manage staff

Requirements:
DEGREE/Diploma with 6 years of experience
Call Centre and customer experience of 5 years or more
Knowledge of system
Excellent interpersonal skills
Customer service warrior
Outcome driven
Innovative and creative thinker, keen to explore more methods
Working with Senior Management
Travel off-site / Overnight Stay
MS Excel (Advanced)
