Leading South African fashion and apparel retailer is seeking a CUSTOMER SERVICE ADMINISTRATOR to join their team in Joburg. The Administrator will be responsible in assisting the Ecommerce Manager and team with answering customer enquiries and answering the phone in a professional, upbeat manner. The person will be required to get to know the products very well so that they can answer customer queries via email and over the phone. Further assisting with regards to operations; dealing with couriers/suppliers and placing orders.

Experience and skills required:
• Must have matric, tertiary qualification would be an added advantage
• Experience working in an office environment with customer support and admin
• Experience in customer service, preferably in the fashion retail industry
• E-commerce / Online experience would be an added advantage
• Must be proficient in MS office, use of Internet & email software
• Excellent communication skills, must be fluent in English
