Experienced, technical Customer Success Manager required to act as the trusted advisor and product advocate to clients throughout the sales life cycle.

Responsibilities:
Develop relationships with prospective and existing customers to ensure they clients are utilising the solution offering to achieve full business value
Assist with implementation of free trials
Analysis of data
Assist with Security Awareness project management functions
Prepare and educate customers on new features and releases
Respond to technical questions
Assist with product deployment
Collaborating with internal staff to continually improve on customer experience

Requirements:
2 + years’ experience in a similar role specific to IT / Cyber Security solutions
Cyber Security related certification/ qualification preferred
Demonstrated success in pre-sales/consulting/solutions architecture role in a sales & target-driven environment
Project management and technical writing experience preferred
Knowledge of Cyber Lifecycle
