-Minimum 1 year CCTV Control Room operation experience A MUST
-Excellent English proficiency A MUST, with clear pronunciation (No heavy accent)
-Excellent telephone etiquette
-Good communication (written and verbal).
-Ability to prioritize tasks and requests.
-Ability to perform under pressure
-Fully computer literate in MS Office
-Good attention to detail, with ability to note and report any deviations to the rule.
-Good adaptability in a team environment (be a team member).
-Process high concentration abilities for prolonged periods of time.
-Ability to operate within 24/7 multi shift environment.
-High level of integrity and honesty.

Duration: 3 months contract position, to become permanent after successful completion of 3 months contract period
Work hours: Rotating 12 hours shifts (07h00am – 19h00pm / 19h00pm – 07h00am: 3 days shifts, 3 nights shifts, 3 days off)
Duties:
-Full CCTV Operation and monitoring within control room
-Note and report any deviations to rules
-Input operational system status and information
-Logging incidents on system
-Dispatching of response vehicles
-Operate and monitor all CCTV cameras and video equipment
-Record all events and actions monitored from within the control room
-Monitor incident circumstances and notify applicable law enforcement
-Maintain control room in a neat and clean condition
-Ensure that all work is undertaken in compliance with operating procedures, current legislation and the codes of practice.
Salary: R 5 000.00 gross basic start salary during 3 months contract (NOT NEGOTIABLE)
